PAYMENT METHODS

 

Direct Deposit (Australia or Large Overseas Orders):

A Direct Deposit (Funds Transfer) is where you pay for your order by directly depositing your payment into our bank account.   You can make a direct deposit by using your internet banking service or over the counter at a bank.   We will advise the banking information you need to make a direct deposit when you place an order.   Direct Deposit (within Australia) typically takes between 1 to 3 working days before they are received.  Goods will only released for dispatch once payment has been received.   Ecliptech are quite prompt with servicing these orders.

 

Credit Card:

We accept Visa and MasterCard.  Our credit card processing protects and identifies the validity of the credit card details you enter.  We do security checks, therefore we may contact you by the provided email address or phone number for confirmation of details.   At our discretion, we may delay or refund your payment pending the results of our security checks.

 

Paypal:

We do security checks, therefore we may contact you by the provided email address or phone number for confirmation of details.   At our discretion, we may delay or refund your payment pending the results of our security checks.  Paypal eCheques often take around 3 working days to clear.

 

Cheque (Australia only):

Cheques must be made payable to “Ecliptech Innovations Pty Ltd”, marked “Not Negotiable”, and sent to our post office box with a copy of the order for our reference.  Once the cheque has been cleared (up to five working days) we will process your order.  You are welcome to contact Ecliptech at any stage to confirm the status of your order.  We reserve ordered items for up to 14 days.

 

Australia Post Money Order (Australia only):

Australia Post Money Orders are like a cheque and can be obtained from Australia Post outlets for a nominal amount (approximately $2.50).   Money Orders must be made payable to “Ecliptech Innovations Pty Ltd”, marked “Not Negotiable”, and sent to our post office box with a copy of the order for our reference.  Once the money order is received, we will process your order.  You are welcome to contact Ecliptech at any stage to confirm the status of your order.   We reserve ordered items for up to 14 days.

 

Cash / Pickup:

We do not offer a cash or pickup service, however some of our products are sold through retail outlets.
